Digital Tools
Focused tools for the question in front of you.
Sometimes you do not need another book.
You need a structured way to work through one particular problem.
The Digital Tools collection offers focused, downloadable resources built from The Abuse Survivor’s Toolbox framework. Each tool is designed to help reduce cognitive overload, organize information, identify patterns, and support more deliberate decision-making.
These are not assessments, diagnostic tools, or instructions about what you should do.
They are structure for thinking when thinking has become difficult.
The Reality Check Workbook
When you keep wondering whether what happened was really what happened.
A structured workbook for sorting observation from interpretation, examining recurring patterns, testing competing explanations, and identifying when maintaining confidence in your own reality has become work in itself.
Use it when you find yourself:
- Replaying conversations repeatedly.
- Wondering whether you misunderstood what happened.
- Trying to determine whether something is an isolated incident or part of a pattern.
- Seeking independent confirmation and then being criticized for doing so.
- Taking notes, preserving messages, or collecting evidence simply to remain confident in your own memory.
- Unsure what you know, what you suspect, and what remains genuinely uncertain.
Designed for independent use or professional support
Digital Tools can be used privately, alongside therapy or advocacy, or as a structured starting point for conversations with a qualified professional.
There is no required order and no conclusion you are expected to reach.
Use what helps. Leave what does not.
