Toolbox Concept

Unequal Responsibility

Unequal Responsibility is a recurring pattern in which one person gradually assumes disproportionate responsibility for emotional regulation, planning, problem-solving, organization, conflict management, and repair.

Over time, this imbalance consumes the cognitive and emotional resources necessary for independent thought and intentional decision-making.
